This was a cake ordered by my office for one of our colleague's birthday. It was a chocolate cake with thick ferraro rocher filling & ferraro rocher ganache to cover the cake. I used fresh strawberries to make a flower design on top of the cake. Chocolate caramel tuiles were put around the sides of the cake & a full ferraro rocher formed the centre of the flower.
