

This was a cake I made for my hubby's bday. The first time I made a cake with two different layers. Since it was my hubby's I could experiment ;P
The dark chocolate has a rich dense chocolate taste & the white chocolate layer tasted a bit like crunchy caramel. It was YUM!!! if I may say so myself :)
I used ferraro rocher ganache to cover the cake & decorated it with full ferraro rocher on top of the cake. On the sides I used caramel tuiles.
