This pumkin pie was made from fresh jack-o-lantern pumkins. The pumkins took along time to boil & then puree, which was a good amount of time of the entire process. Once that was done the rest was a breeze. The pie shell was made from graham crackers. It's incredible how it is so hard to believe that this is actually a veggie. It tastes amazing, especially when its eaten cold.
